It is a strange world we live in when working in restaurants is the LEAST mindful I am about foodâŚscarfing down mistakes over trash cans, delivering a mass produced product to hundreds of guests a day, then not having the energy to cook a real meal for myself when I get home. Itâs hard to remember that food isnât just a product to consume.
