Support and Billing Help

I have been charged twice for my academy membership and am not getting any response by email from rachael@ramdass.org. or from the messages i am leaving via the app
I have been trying to get support for three weeks.
I am so worried i have stopped my credit card.
does anyone have any idea how i can get any support with this ?

I have brought this to her attention, as well as the attention of our IT team to make sure we can get this resolved for you.
